Important Information

If trek is cancelled from our end: Only Convenience Fee will be charged, rest amount will be fully refunded.

Service-Specific Policies

Trekking Adventures

  • Cancellation due to weather conditions: Full refund or rescheduling option
  • Cancellation due to government restrictions: Full refund
  • Medical emergencies: 80% refund with valid medical certificate
  • No-show on trek day: No refund

Hotel & Homestay Bookings

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in (subject to hotel policy)
  • Non-refundable bookings: No refund unless extenuating circumstances
  • Early check-out: Pro-rated refund based on hotel policy

Tour Packages

  • Custom packages: Refund based on individual component policies
  • Group tours: Standard cancellation timeline applies
  • International tours: Additional airline and visa fee considerations

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your booking reference number and reason for cancellation
  3. Submit any required documentation (medical certificates, etc.)
  4. Wait for confirmation of refund approval
  5. Refund will be processed to the original payment method

COVID-19 Related Cancellations

For COVID-19 related cancellations, we follow government guidelines and provide:

  • Full refund for government-imposed travel restrictions

  • Credit vouchers valid for extended periods
  • Reduced cancellation fees for affected bookings
