Cancellation, Refund & Confirmation Policy

Cancellation Policy :-

• If cancellations are made after 24 hours or before one week from booking date 40% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made after one week of booking date 70% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-14 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.

Refund Policy :-

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days of their trip / service / travel date. (* This Refund date is considered when user cancelles after one week of booking date & Immediate cancellation is available only if done within one week of the booking date). User must be eligible for refund, in case of partial refund user can use their money for another booking or can get it back to their bank account directly.

Confirmation Policy :-

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email /phone/whatsapp within 24-48  hours of successful payment.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.

IMPORTANT: For Trekking A minimum group size of 5 is required to make a booking.(Extra porter will be charged extra.)
