Detailed Itinerary
Day 1- Manali → Chika via Jobra
Drive from Manali to Jobra, where the trek starts. Hike through lush forests of maple, oak, and pine. Arrive at Chika campsite, set beside a stream, and enjoy the serene surroundings as you settle in for the night.
Day 2- Chika → Balu Ka Ghera
Set off from Chika, crossing the river streams. The trail offers panoramic views of the Dhauladhar range. Reach Balu ka Ghera, meaning 'bear's den,' a beautiful campsite. Spend the evening.
Day 3- Balu Ka Ghera → Hampta Pass → Shea Goru
Start the challenging day of the trek, ascending to Hampta Pass at 4,270 meters. Navigate steep climbs, snow patches, and narrow trails. The pass rewards you with stunning views of the Spiti Valley. Descend to Shea Goru, a campsite by the river, and take rest.
Day 4- Shea Goru → Chatru
