The trek begins with a drive from Shimla to Janglik, a small village located at an altitude of 2,950 meters. The drive takes around 10 hours, and the trek begins from Janglik. You will camp overnight at Janglik.
On the second day, you will trek to Dayara Thatch, which is located at an altitude of 3,600 meters. The trek takes around six hours, and you will pass through beautiful meadows and dense forests. You will camp overnight at Dayara Thatch.
On the third day, you will trek to Litham, which is located at an altitude of 3,800 meters. The trek takes around four hours, and you will pass through beautiful meadows and forests. You will camp overnight at Litham.
On the fourth day, you will trek to Dhunda, which is located at an altitude of 4,200 meters. The trek takes around five hours, and you will pass through steep ascents and beautiful valleys. You will camp overnight at Dhunda.
On the fifth day, you will trek to Buran Ghati, which is located at an altitude of 4,550 meters. The trek takes around five hours, and you will need to cross a glacier to reach Buran Ghati. From Buran Ghati, you will trek to Gunas Pass Base Camp, which is located at an altitude of 3,950 meters. You will camp overnight at Gunas Pass Base Camp.
On the final day of the trek, you will trek down to Barua Village, which is located at an altitude of 2,800 meters. The trek takes around six hours, and you will pass through beautiful meadows and dense forests. From Barua Village, you will drive back to Shimla, marking the end of the trek.
